This main page focuses on our family-life through photography and stories. In the links below you will find other aspects of our life including: “Journey to Joshua” which chronicles our adoption, “An Eagle's View” which is Charley's photo journal containing nature shots and sights from our travel, and "Scrappin' Like Crazy" which is Marianne's crafty website.
That looks so FUN! Where on earth did you find all that snow? We've been languishing away over here without our usual white KY winter... I'm a wee bit jealous. :)
Lorie, We went into the mountains about two hours from where Mom and Dad live. There are some beautiful small towns along the way. We stopped and had Chinese food and hot chocolate on our way home. Such fun with the three kids!
Oh my goodness! What fun! I don't think we've had a single snowflake all winter! I'm glad you introduced Joshua to snow before you returned to Arkansas---or he might have missed it completely this year. You were in a beautiful location to shoot photos. I love the family photo where Joshua is wearing the "Arkansas Razorback" jacket.... GO HOGS!
Pat, Yes...the "Arkansas Razorback" jacket has been our jacket (winter coat) since we've had him here in the States. He's worn others, but usually we grab that one!
I've enjoyed keeping up with your progress and I am so happy for you both and for Joshua. That is the name of my second born that lives with Jesus. I do plan to send out some letters even thought I didn't this Christmas. It is the first Christmas in about 15 years that I didn't get cards or letters sent at all. I'm not sure why. But I will be updating soon. Hope to see you sometime while you are in Texarkana. We live south of Magnolia which is an hour away from Texarkana. Anyway, I just wanted to touch base and congratulate you on your beautiful family!
